Velop Developments ; Opportunities to develop existing residential stock purchased from auction, or on the open market where opportunity lies to maximise our investments with a view to selling on at a profit or adding to our existing portfolio.

The Velop Group carries out its activities with its own substantial resources and in joint ventures. The Velop Group are active primarily in the North West of England and Central London although other areas of the UK and abroad will be considered.

Jules Sinclair-Simon started in the property industry in 1999 and the projects you will see in these pages are a selection of the most exciting and interesting ones so far in an impressive career which started simply as a hobby.
